Welcome to AJ’s Music Factory – we’re so glad you’re here. We understand how important it is to find a place where you or your child feels inspired, supported, and excited to learn.

Together, we’ve spent over 40 years collectively teaching music in all kinds of spaces – music stores, dance studios, and anywhere we could carve out a corner for learning. In 2018, we decided it was time to create something lasting: a welcoming, fully equipped home studio designed for comfort, safety, and creativity. Andrea half-joking says she will be teaching from this space when she’s 85, but she may actually be quite serious.

In May 2019, we opened the doors to AJ’s Music Factory new and final location here in beautiful Lake Elmo, MN. Since then, it’s been our joy to help students of all ages discover their musical voice, grow in confidence, and create lasting memories through music.

We celebrate each student’s individuality, tailoring lessons to their interests while ensuring a strong foundation in music, theory, and technique. With a deep understanding of these fundamentals, students gain the freedom and confidence to let their creativity truly flourish.

Our dedication goes far beyond teaching the music – we truly invest in our students and their families. We love building relationships, celebrating milestones, and being part of our students’ lives outside of lessons. Coming from small towns ourselves, we value connection and community, and our goal is to create a warm, personable studio where students and families feel at home for years to come.
