30-minute lessons with Michael - $150 monthly tuition
At this tuition price the student is guaranteed that Michael will be present to teach 35 lessons within the school year (September-June). Tuition is not merely an hourly fee for services rendered. Each student is paying not only for high-quality music instruction at the instrument, but also for a guaranteed place in the studio and preparatory planning for each lesson.
Tuition covers the following: time spent with students in private and group lessons, lesson preparation time, teacher training and experience, recital costs and preparations, professional organization memberships, studio expenses, studio incentive programs, property taxes, self-employment taxes, insurance, business licenses, retirement, continuing education, and certification costs.
-
$125 annual registration fee covers all performance and recital costs, monthly credit card transaction fees, technology fees, administrative fees, sheet music, music books, theory books, and incentive programs. Registration fees will be pro-rated by 10% per month missed if a student starts mid-year. Registration fees are non-refundable.
-
What You’ll Need: Your own guitar, picks, and a tuner. Amps are provided.
A well-maintained, quality instrument is essential for effective learning and ensures that your investment in tuition yields the best results.

Many students opt to take voice lessons along with their other instrument of study.
Students studying both piano and voice with Andrea can opt to combine the lessons to have one full hour of instruction.
For students studying guitar or ukulele with Michael and voice with Andrea, we will do our best to hold back-to-back lessons, though we cannot guarantee this convenience. description
